We are a family owned business, and have been for over 30 years. Roy Kerr started in business in 1977 and turned the reigns over to his son Phil. Phil has since built up a successful service business in both heating & air conditioning repair as well as plumbing services.

He helped his son start his own business in Lubbock, TX and now he had turned the company over to his daughter (Sandie) and son in law (Rusty). Rusty and Sandie continue to provide the same level of service to customers out in the field, while Rusty and Sandie run the office.

Sandie personally handles ALL service agreements which we offer to ALL of our loyal customers.
